Music has been observed to influence the masses and the individual. Concerts that blast bass and guitar riffs, or more electronic noises with modern electronica music, get people moving, celebrating, and dancing. While this is exercise is good for the body, I want to focus on how music can inspire someone to be a good person. To do this, I want to go back to religion as I did in part one. During times of trial, when temptations are fierce and all seems lost, I sing to myself a favorite hymn (I'll share it below). this music reminds me to have faith and keep serving and doing good. The lyrics of religious hymns always have meaning to them and ask one to stop and reflect on themselves. Hopefully, with a little humility, this helps people change for the better as with King Saul from the Bible when an instrument was played in his court. Music doesn't only make us feel good, but can give us instruction on what to do as well. Music begins at 2:40
